Good Earth Service Record - The Good Earth Series is 100% recycled or post-consumable.

Our Good Earth Series Service Record is printed on recycled, post-consumer birch paper stocks using forest green ink made from Natural Raw Materials such as linseed and soybean oils that do not generate hazardous waste. The interior verse on Page 2: "Remember Me" poem. Copier and laser ready. Shipped flat and scored. Folds to 4'1/2" x 5-1/2".

Our Good Earth Series products are approved by the Green Burial Council of America and are Green Seal Certified.

• With the interior verse found on pg 2 of the service record – simply order the item number
• Without verse on pg 2 – order with “B” (blank) after the item number
• For a 2-up service record, blank and micro-perforated – order with “BMIC” after the item number
• If a SMALL SERVICE RECORD is desired - order with a "SM" after the item number. Can also be ordered as a 2-Up.
• For blank inside - order SM-B after the item number
